The personal assistant will assist the Human Resources Manager on a variety of tasks that are not limited to clerical duties related to company projects and needs.

Responsibilities:

Assist with personal daily tasks.
Provides administrative support to complete company related tasks and projects.

Handle requests and queries appropriately.
Prepare notes and agendas for meetings Requirements.
Knows how to operate computer programs such as power point, excel, and word.
Must be detail oriented.
Utilize, operate, and manage digital work spaces that include:
ios devices and Google Suite and icloud drives.
Answer phone calls manage work and personal emails and take messages.
Manage calendar.
Maintain office paper and digital record keeping and filling system.
