Responsibilities:
Enter expenses in QuickBooks for a team of 5 and reconcile statements Apply customer payments in QuickBooks, create invoices and insure on time payment Mange accounts payable while ensuring on time payment Keep track of office supplies and retuned orders Greet customers, give out quotes and order from vendors Requirements:
1 or more years of experience in glazing or construction Strong organizational skills Must be self-starter and motivated Experience with QuickBooks Bilingual (Spanish) a plus 30 hours per week $17-$22 an hour On Site Note:
