We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative/Beauty Advisor to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business.
Responsibilities Greet and direct customers Provide accurate information (e.
g.
product features & pricing) Answer customers' questions about specific products/services Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing Cross-sell products Ensure racks are fully stocked and maintain store cleanliness standards Manage returns of merchandise Inform customers about discounts and special offers Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager Stay up-to-date with new products/services Requirements Must have Monday and Friday availability.
Previous retail or service industry experience; cash handling/cashier experience preferred Stays up-to-date with beauty trends Basic math skills Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships Ability to perform in fast-paced environments Flexibility to work various shifts (Weekdays, morning/afternoon shift, Holidays).
High school degree Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and bend/stretch to stock shelves Adherence to Curly Gurl Luv dress code and other policies in the Curly Gurl Luv Employee Handbook You'll love working with us because:
